At Zarwaani, every garment is made with the utmost care, attention to detail, and personalized fit. As most of our pieces are made-to-order or tailored to custom sizes, we follow a clear and fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Custom Sizing Policy

• We offer custom sizing on select designs.
• Once a custom size order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed after 24 hours.
• Please ensure your measurements are accurate at the time of placing the order. In case of sizing concerns, we offer one-time complimentary alteration (shipping charges may apply).

Refund & Exchange

• We do not offer refunds for custom-made or tailored pieces.
• Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
  1. Damage during transit
  2. Incorrect item received
• Any exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery with:
  1. Unboxing video
  2. Clear images of the issue
• Eligible items will be exchanged or altered based on the situation.

Important Notes

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
• Return shipping (unless it's our error) is the customer’s responsibility.
