We ship globally using DHL, from our fulfilment partners in India, delivering straight to your doorstep with reliable tracking and support. Here’s what to expect:

Shipping

• All orders are shipped directly from India via DHL Express or DHL eCommerce, depending on the service level selected during checkout.
• Shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping speed.
• We offer free shipping on all orders over $175 USD.
• You will see all shipping options and final costs clearly listed before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Timelines

• All made-to-order garments are typically shipped within 7–14 business days.
• For custom designs or heavy embroidery, please allow up to 21 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within India. International shipping times may vary.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

Duties & Import Taxes

• For customers outside the U.S., your local customs office may charge additional import duties, taxes, or fees.
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated import charges before placing your order.

Sales Tax Policy

At Zarwaani, we’re committed to transparent and fair pricing. Here's how we handle taxes:

For U.S. Customers

• New Jersey : We do not charge sales tax on clothing, as it is tax-exempt under NJ law.
• Other U.S. States : We currently do not collect sales tax outside New Jersey.
• You’ll be notified at checkout if sales tax applies to your location in the future.

For International Customers

• We do not charge VAT, GST, or import duties at checkout.
• Depending on your country, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
